The activities were developed in the office with the company’s employees, previously
assigned, or the supervisor. At the end of the day, the task was handed in and evaluated. 5
I executed and completed all the projects and activities that were proposed to me during
my time at the company. I was on time with the delivery of all requirements and made
changes efficiently and with quality.)
As atividades eram desenvolvidas no escritório com acompanhamento dos
funcionários da empresa, previamente designados, ou da supervisora. Ao final do dia a
tarefa passada era entregue e avaliada. Executei e finalizei todos os projetos e atividades
que me foram propostos durante minha estadia na empresa. Fui pontual com a entrega de
todos os requisitos e fiz as alterações de forma eficiente e com qualidade.

performed all her tasks immediately after her supervisor assigned her and directed her
with a rough idea of the job’s objective. She could assume what we wanted and expected
of her, showing proactivity and assertiveness, always setting clear goals for each step of
the job. She collaborated well with our other intern, Mr. Andreas, from Germany in a
responsible and organized way to achieve the common goals of the internship. Her
attitude in the office and her behavior towards the other 4 employees were excellent, with

executou todas as suas tarefas imediatamente após o seu supervisor a ter atribuído e
direcionado com uma ideia aproximada do objetivo do trabalho. Ela pode assumir o que
queríamos e esperávamos dela, mostrando proatividade e assertividade, sempre
estabelecendo objetivos claros para cada passo do trabalho. Ela colaborou bem com nosso
outro estagiário, Sr. Andreas, da Alemanha, de forma responsável e organizada para
atingir os objetivos em comum do estágio. A sua atitude no escritório e o seu
comportamento para com os outros 4 (quatro) funcionários foram excelentes, com uma
personalidade amigável e aberta.”

Mizutani Mizuho`s final observation on Helena’s performance during the internship
period and during the projects she took part in: “All required tasks were done immediately
and completed in a day or two, showing punctuality and diligency. She knows how to use
the Adobe Illustrator app, among other design platforms, at a professional level. As we
are not artistic or designing personnel, all her work as artist is really appreciated and we
highly respect her talent.”)6

internship. She has exceeded our expectations in terms of task performance, fulfilling
deadlines, and promptness of the delivery. She made transcripts on Japanese culture,
society, and all the sightseeing spots in Japan in English.
Her notable works; She created convention logos for WFTGA’s (World Federation of
Tourist Guide Association) for bidding process, and association emblem that will be used
for official letter to the Japanese government and municipalities (domestically and
internationally)”
