10月半ばから約4週間、ドイツ人ディアナが当社インターンとして頑張ってくれました。

彼女は今までで一番ツアーの現場に直接的に関わってくれた貴重な戦力でした。

あと残り1週間、宮崎県五ヶ瀬や鹿児島県への訪問が最後に控えています。

最後まで安全に送り出せるよう私達経営陣も頑張ります！！

Internship Report

I did an Internship at Mizu Trans corporation from 16.10.2017 to 23.11.2017.

My working schedule was not fixed, since I had different tasks and working places every day, which is very diversified.

I’ve been attending meetings, seminars and workshops. My comments were always appreciated and respected.

Mizu trans also had several tours during my time as an intern, so I was very lucky to have the opportunity to join them.

I’m very glad that I’ve also been able to work as a guide. Together with Mizu-San and Hiro-San we did several preparations for tourists groups, guided them and introduced the japanese culture and rules.

With my internship I wanted to experience the work life in Japan and also the differences between german an japanese company’s.

Of course I also wanted to improve my english and japanese skills.

Through this internship I made many good experiences.

Since the german and japanese business culture is very different I felt insecure about my behaviour in front of costumers at the beginning.

But Mizu-San and Hiro-san always gave me advices and teached me about how to behave in several situations.

I’m very thankful that I could make my internship at mizu trans corporations.

The atmosphere was always friendly and I never felt uncomfortable. Starting the first day I felt welcomed and respected.
